Method of Entry
Futurity members (excluding Contractors, Staff, Directors, and Suppliers) who attend the AGM either in person or online, being held at midday on October 25 at Level 15, 333 Collins St, Melbourne, will have a chance to win.
Any individual who is a member of Futurity Investment Group Limited (the Promoter) is eligible.
Personal Information
By competing, you accept these Terms and Conditions and consent to the Promoter using your personal information to conduct the Draw. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Details of Prizes and Prize Values
One of five AU$200 Coles gift cards will be awarded to the winners (the Prize). The total prize pool value is AU$1000.
Judging and Judging Criteria
This is a random chance draw which will be conducted using a random number generator software program. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publication of Prize Winner
The winners will be announced at the Annual General Meeting and then contacted directly, using the email address associated with the member number they used to register for the meeting.
The Prize
The winner will be sent the gift card via email or post. There is no requirement for the gift card to be accepted.
Unforeseen Events
If for any reason any aspect of this Draw is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including, but not limited to, by reason of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Draw, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Draw, invalidate any affected entries, and/or, if necessary, provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize.
The Promoter may at its sole discretion, amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these Terms of Entry from time to time, subject to applicable laws.
